Gifting Simplified provides personalized gifting services and curated gift lists. Because our services are custom and tailored to each client, refunds are handled with care and transparency.

Custom Gifting Services

Once work on a custom gifting request has begun, service fees are non-refundable. This includes time spent on planning, sourcing, coordination, and communication.

Product-related costs may be non-refundable depending on vendor policies, availability, and timing.

Gift List Services

Gift list creation involves research, planning, and consultation time. Once work has started, fees for gift list services are non-refundable.

If a request is canceled before work begins, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be communicated as soon as possible. Late cancellations may result in partial or no refund depending on the progress of the work and costs already incurred.
